A Taste of Celebrity Edge – New Culinary Experiences

Celebrity Cruises has unveiled the culinary highlights that will be found onboard the brand new Celebrity Edge.
Celebrity Edge will feature 4 main dining rooms with a range of classic dishes, and a selection of exclusive specialities found only in each of the individually themed venues. Guests who book a traditional set dining time will automatically be allocated a restaurant onboard. Those who decide to opt for the Select Dining Plus experience will have flexibility to choose which restaurant to dine in each night. Cosmopolitan will offer American cuisine with international influences and a stunning wine display surrounding guests as they walk through the entrance. The Mediterranean inspired Cyprus Restaurant will serve Greek specialities and seafood using simple, fresh flavours. The Tuscan Restaurant is inspired by the Southern Italy region. The Normandie will showcase contemporary French cuisine in a modern and upscale setting. The restaurant will also feature artefacts from the great French ocean liner which this restaurant plays homage to. Suite guests will be able to enjoy the fine dining of Luminae, and AquaClass guests can exclusively dine in the contemporaryBlu restaurant.
For $25, guests can enjoy a taste of France at Le Grand Bistro. Themed on a traditional Parisian bistro, the speciality restaurant will serve the best of French cuisine, such as Escargot, Coq Au Vin, and Rib Bourguignon. Freshly baked pastries and breads will also be available. Located within Le Grand Bistro, Le Petit Chef offers an exclusive culinary experience found only on Celebrity Cruises. Journey through a five course meal with the worlds smallest chef. The unparalleled 3D show is complimented by a unique gastronomic experience full of fun and surprises.
Raw on 5 is a warm and inviting restaurant that features raw bar, sashimi, caviar and hot seafood options. There will be a unique cocktail list accompanied by a section of the menu dedicated to both Vodka and Champagne.
Dinner at Eden Restaurant isn’t a meal – it’s a unique, personal culinary journey that transports you through Eden itself. Once seated, your Edenists will serve a choreographed series of culinary temptations that will not only thrill your taste buds, but every other sense as well. This contemporary fine dining experience is $65.
Fine Cut Steakhouse is an upscale steak house offering incredible views, a beautiful private dining space and impeccable service. The menu offers everything a steak lover would be looking for while also satisfying other wants.
Another dining venue announced by Celebrity Cruises is the Rooftop Garden Grill. Located at the Rooftop Garden, this venue features a backyard BBQ inspired menu. The setting is a living urban playscape designed to awaken your inner child.
