Caribbean Princess – Cruise Review

As this was my first ever cruise I was quite apprehensive as I waved goodbye to my parents at the Ocean Cruise Terminal in Southampton. I didn’t know anyone else on board and was excited to see who I would be sharing a cabin with. It wasn’t long before I met a couple of other agents who were on the same trip and we all headed to our rooms to see where we’d be staying for the next 5 days.

Excursion From Marseille: The Papal Palace In Avignon

We arrived at Marseille port the day before and I was very excited about the itinerary in Avignon. I woke up quite early and went to the gym which is located on the Columbus deck inside the Athena SPA. The gym is dislocated in a very compact space, nevertheless it had very modern gym equipment and was never too busy: it has two treadmills, a cross trainer, two bikes, weights, mattresses for exercising and balls.

Customer Review

Mr Zanda

Very clean and comfortable considering this is not a cruise ship. Dinner was well presented though on set menus the choice was limited and quantities were not over generous. Excellent on buffet evenings and could do with more of these. Breakfast buffet very good.

Cruise Line: Hurtigruten

Destination: Norway Voyage South
