Azamara Pursuit to be named in Southampton

Azamara Club Cruises is to bring the third addition of its fleet, Azamara Pursuit to Southampton where it will be officially named.
The former P&O Cruises Adonia, which regularly sailed from Southampton in previous years, will return to the UK port in 2018 after being revamped. The ship will leave dry dock and sail to Southampton from Barcelona on August 3. Azamara Pursuit will then sail on an itinerary to Iceland before returning to Southampton to be officially christened on August 28. It will be the first time Azamara has ever officially christened a new ship before, as fleet mates Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest both instantly entered service once acquired by the line in 2007.
